We feed your curiosity and your secret desire to see some animal species very closely. Without the big predators nearby, you can walk with some of these animals, which observe you in a very quiet and calm way. The walk opens your appetite for variety. Among the artisanal manufacture of candles and art craft, you will taste the sweet flavours of Swaziland. When the evening comes you will realize that many animals feel protected and safe right next to your traditional Swazi beehive huts.

  • Our guide will pick you up early morning at your accommodation (05.30 AM). A light breakfast will be served on board of our vehicle while we drive towards the border between Mozambique and Swaziland. Your guide will assist you with the transition process at the border.
  • On the way there you will have the opportunity to see the sunrise over the Lebombo Mountains, if the weather permits. We expect to arrive to the cultural village between 09.30 AM and 10.00 AM.
  • We will visit the Cultural village where you will have the opportunity to understand how a typical Swazi homestead works. We will also visit a waterfall close to the village.
  • After this we will go to have Lunch and afterwards we will enter Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary where you will be accommodated in Beehive Huts. Dinner will be served in the Parks facilities.
  • In the morning, after a good breakfast you will do a 1.5 hour/2 hour walk in Mlilwane, where you will get to enjoy the most impressive sights and landscapes of the area, as well as very close sightings of animals such as zebra, bless bock and wildebeest.
  • The safari will have a stop for lunch and the return to Maputo is around 03:00 pm, where the guide will leave you on your accommodation. estimated time of arrival at 06:00 pm.
